JAKARTA – PT Pura Delta Tbk (DMAS), the developer of Kota Deltamas, secured marketing sales of IDR 995 billion in the first half of 2022. The most extensive contributor is the sales of industrial land plots.

Tondy Suwanto, Director of Pura Delta, said that the marketing sales in H1 2022 had covered 55.3% of this year’s target, which is set to IDR 1.8 trillion. “The company managed to sold off 29.1 hectares (Ha) of its industrial land plots,” he confirmed in the press release quoted Monday (11/7).

According to Suwanto, the data centre sector brought the most contribution to the industrial land segment. It is further supported by the development of digital lifestyle and technology in Indonesia.

As a result, the company is now preparing a special industrial zone in the Deltamas Industrial Zone equipped with comprehensive facility and high-technology infrastructure.

His company is optimistic about attaining said marketing sales target of IDR 1.8 trillion this year. Moreover, DMAS has secured the demand for 70-Ha land, which is to be utilised by corporates in the automotive sector, the data centre sector, the food industry, and the household goods industry.
