JAKARTA. PT Diagnos Laboratorium Utama (Tbk) (DGNS), a health service provider under Bundamedik Healthcare System, plans to introduce a new clinic in Bandung.
This new clinic is finally established after considering the progress of modern hospital industry in Indonesia, as stated in the official release of the DGNS management. Furthermore, DGNS believes that Indonesian middle-class has its purchasing power gradually increased.
Said new establishment is located in Coblong, Bandung, West Java. The total investment channelled by the company for this new clinic is approximately IDR 4.09 billion. On top of this, the initial capital required to kick-start the business reaches IDR 75 million.
The management of DGNS is deemed suitable to lead this new business by the appointed Office of Public Appraisal Service. However, the company still need to gain approval from the Annual General Shareholders Meeting to be held on July 20, 2022. (KR/ZH)
