JAKARTA – PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk (ISSP) will offer bonds and sukuk worth IDR 300 billion in total next week, from July 21 to 22, 2022. The proceeds of this issuance will be spent on raw materials.
In the short prospectus quoted Tuesday (12/7), the Shelf-Registration Bonds I Phase II Year 2022 of IDR 150 billion is said to be offered in two series. Series A is worth IDR 15 billion with a 367-days tenor and a 7.50% annual interest rate. Meanwhile, series B will be offered for IDR 135 billion, equipped with an annual interest of 9.50% and a tenor of three years.
Furthermore, the Shelf-Registration Sukk Ijarah I Phase II Year 2022 is also valued at IDR 150 billion, comprising two series. Series A will be offered for IDR 100 billion with an ijarah instalment of IDR 7.5 billion per year, which will be calculated from the remaining yield of Series-A ijarah of 367 days. Then, the series B is worth IDR 50 billion with an ijarah instalment of IDR 4.75 billion per year, which will be calculated from the remaining yield of Series-B ijarah of three years.
Until March 2022, ISSP recorded sales of IDR 2.01 trillion, double the amount of sales in March 2021 of IDR 1.06 trillion. In contrast, its current year’s profit clocked up to IDR 120.38 billion, depleting from IDR 123.46 billion. (LK/ZH)
