JAKARTA. PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON), a property and real estate developer headquartered in Surabaya, will channel out cash dividends of IDR 192.6 billion or IDR 4 per share.
Minarto, Director of PWON, mentioned that said plan follows the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of PWON held last week. In this meeting, the shareholders gave their consent regarding the allocation of 14% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The dividend will be sent out to PWON’s shareholders who have been listed as official shareholders by July 15, 2022. Then, the disbursement will take place on August 5, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, PWON scored IDR 1.38 trillion in net profit in 2021. At the end of last year, the company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 14.42 trillion and total equity of IDR 19.18 trillion.
For the record, PWON’s net profit in 2021 reportedly proliferated 48.67% year-on-year (yoy). This growth was fueled by its revenue that clocked up to IDR 5.71 trillion last year, also shifting upwards 43.65% yoy. (KR/ZH)
