JAKARTA – PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan (DIA) intends to acquire a maximum of 5% of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) for IDR 3.31 trillion. Adam Gafri, Vice President Director of TOWR, announced this plan in the information disclosure quoted Friday (15/7).
It is mentioned that the transaction will be carried out over a voluntary tender offer, involving 2,550,731,300 shares of IDR 1,300 each.
DIA’s shareholders consist of Robert Budi Hartono, who owns 51% of 619.70 billion shares, and Bambang Hartono that has another 49%.
Until June 2022, TOWR’s shares reportedly reach 51,014,625,000 units in number, 54.42% of which belongs to PT Sapta Adhikari, followed by the public with another 42.49%. The remaining 2.28% is set aside as the treasury stock. (LK/ZH)
