JAKARTA – PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR) restructures the securities issued by its subsidiary, PT Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti (WFPR), through the second addendum of Medium Term Notes (MTN) worth IDR 165 billion.

Novianto Ari Nugroho, SVP Corporate Secretary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) TBk (WSKT), claimed that the agreement regarding this second addendum had been signed by WFP and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) last week (13/7). “The addendum of this credit agreement will induce positive results on the financial restructuring agenda that the company is currently carrying out,” he explained in the information disclosure quoted Monday (18/7).

Said addendum dictates the credit tenor, which lasts for one year and two months effective 10 days after the MTN was issued on June 4, 2021 and the applicable interest rate of 11.75% per annum. Furthermore, the addendum stated that the principal of the MTN will subside once the repayment has been made, while the payment for the interest will be disbursed every three months since the first issuance of the MTN.

WFPR is a subsidiary of WKR with an ownership percentage of 99.99%. Then, 60% of WKR belongs to WSKT. For the record, the first addendum had been made by WFPR on June 10, 2022. (LK/ZH)
