JAKARTA – PT Caturkarsa Megatunggal (CM) increases its ownership percentage over PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS) for IDR 10.59 billion in a transaction that took place last week (8/7).
Joshua Chandraputra Asali, Director of Lautan Luas, confirmed that CM’s portion went up by 1.89%, from 54.71% to 56.59%. “The stock transfer involved 29,432,000 share worth IDR 360 per share,” he mentioned in the information disclosure quoted Monday (18/7).
After this transaction, CM’s total earned shares in LTLS increased by 29,432,000 units, from 853,432,000 shares to 882,864,000 shares.
Until June 2022, LTLS recoded 1.56 billion units of shares, 54.71% of which belonged to CM, leaving the public with another 44.96% and storing the small 0.33% to treasury stock. (LK/ZH)
