JAKARTA. PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk (WOOD), a processed wood manufacturer, is set on distributing cash dividend of IDR 41.03 billion in mid-August 2022.
This plan follows the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of WOOD held earlier last week. Said meeting finalised the decision to allocate 7.65% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
This dividend will be channelled out to WOOD’s shareholders whose names have entered the official list by July 27, 2022. Each share will be granted IDR 6.5 in return.
According to idnfinancials.com record, WOOD’s profit proliferated 70.91% year-on-year (yoy) in 2021 to IDR 536.61 billion. This massive jump was supported by the company’s revenue performance, which also showed 84.9% yoy growth to IDR 5.42 trillion.
Until March 31, 2022, 71.89% of WOOD is still under the control of PT Integra Indo Lestari, leaving the remaining 28.11% to public investors. (KR/ZH)
