JAKARTA – PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD) obtains a loan facility worth IDR 50 billion from PT Bank Mayora, which will cover the financing of its potential customers. Ahmad Khaetami, Corporate Secretary of Buana Finance, mentioned the news in the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (20/7).
“Last week (15/7), the company and Bank Mayora signed the term loan facility agreement with a tenor of 48 months,” Khaetami confirmed.
According to Khaetami, said facility will be channelled as consumer financing and financial lease for future users. The guarantee submitted for this credit is its receivables.
In March 2022, Buana Finance managed to record total assets of IDR 3.84 trillion, which consisted of finance lease receivables of IDR 941,63 billion, consumer financing receivables of IDR 2.48 trillion, and factoring receivables of IDR 1.52 billion. (LK/ZH)
