JAKARTA – PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk (WOOD), a timber manufacturer, will initiate a private placement, converting 75 million units of shares of its Management Employee Stock Option Program (MESOP).
Wang Sutrisno, Director of WOOD, mentioned that this MESOP shares conversion will kick off on Monday, August 1, 2022. “The exercised price in this shares conversion is set to IDR 298 each,” he added.
Once the number of shares and the price are multiplied, the total value of this shares conversion clocks up to IDR 22.35 billion.
Until June 2022, WOOD has issued 6,462,500,000 units of shares, 71.887% of which belongs to PT Integra Indo Lestari, leaving the public with 26.932% of them and storing the remaining 1.181% as treasury stock. (LK/ZH)
