JAKARTA. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), a financial service provider under PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), has issued sukuk mudharabah of a total of IDR 216 billion.
These securities have been registered to Indonesian Central Securities Depository under the title of Series A of Medium Term Sukuk Mudharabah V of PNM Year 2022. For the record, this sukuk issuance forgoes public offering.
The sukuk mudharabah issued by PNM is equipped with a floating profit-sharing yield, which will be paid every three months. The tenor that is set to two years.
PNM has assigned PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) as the trustee for this issuance of sukuk mudharabah. The electronic distribution of this sukuk will take place today (22/7), meaning that the first round of the profit-sharing would be paid on October 22, 2022.
PNM has managed to obtain an “idAA” from Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo), a local rating agency, for its Sukuk Mudharabah V Year 2022. Said rating will be effective until April 1, 2023. (KR/ZH)
