JAKARTA. PT Oki Pulp & Paper Mills, a paper manufacturer under Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) of SInarmas Group, reportedly issues sukuk mudharabah with a principal of IDR 200 billion.
Said sharia securities have been registered in Indonesian Central Securities Depository under the title Medium Term Sukuk Mudharabah of Oki Pulp & Paper Mills I Year 2022. For the record, this sukuk mudharabah is released privately, forgoing the public offering.
The sukuk mudharabah of Oki Pulp & Paper Mills is equipped with a floating profit-sharing rate, which will be paid every three months.
The electronic distribution of the sukuk mudharabah will be carried out today, July 27, 2022. Its tenor is said to reach three years.
Oki Pulp & Paper Mills has appointed PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) as the monitoring agent of this sukuk mudharabah issuance. On top of that, PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia is also assigned as the arranger of the issuance. (KR/ZH)
