JAKARTA – PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), an automotive and heavy equipment spare part manufacturer, expended IDR 67.74 billion to purchase four office spaces in ADR Tower, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta. Those offices will then replace its original one in Wisma ADR.
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (28/7), Eddy Hartono and Surja Hartono as President Director and Commissioner of Selamat Sempurna, are revealed to have agreed to said asset purchase.
The office in ADR Tower will take up an area of 1,935.45 m2. It is obtained with a price lower than the market price level, which clocks up to IDR 71.41 billion. The seller is revealed to be PT Griya Inti Perkasa (GIP), an affiliated company through the same shareholder, Eddy Hartono.
SMSM’s office migration to ADR Tower takes place following the plan of emptying Wisma ADR by 2025. In said building, the lease price of the office space of 1,257 m2 was set to approximately IDR 110 thousand per m2 per month, plus a service charge of IDR 40,000 per m2 per month. (LK/ZH)
