JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), a vehicle and heavy equipment spare part manufacturer, will distribute final dividends of IDR 20 per share or IDR 115.17 billion.
Said plan came out from the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of SMSM held last Thursday (28/7). The shareholders present in said meeting called for the allocation of 60.99% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
SMSM had previously paid out its first interim dividends of IDR 57.58 billion in June 2021. Then, another IDR 115.17 billion worth of dividends were transferred out in August 2021. The most recent dividend distribution was IDR 115.73 billion disbursed in November 2021.
The final dividends will be sent out to the shareholders of SMSM whose names have entered the list by the recording date on August 9, 2022. Then, the disbursement of the final dividends will take place on August 23, 2022.
For the record, SMSM scored a net profit of IDR 662.04 billion in the fiscal year 2021. At the end of the year, the company also reported retained earnings of IDR 2.2 trillion and total equity of IDR 2.91 trillion. (KR/ZH)
