JAKARTA - PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk. (“ADCP”) managed to book a net profit of IDR 37.6 billion in the first half of 2022. Net profit was contributed by revenues which increased by 53% year on year (YoY), from IDR 201 billion in Q2 2021 to IDR 308 billion in this first half of 2022.
The achievement of ADCP's financial performance as reflected in the company's financial statements is supported by various projects that have been handed over in the first half of 2022. One of them is Adhi City Sentul, which is a 120hectare area development with a township development concept. In addition, the company's revenue increase was also supported by one of ADCP's recurring income sources, namely Hotel GranDhika Indonesia, by 35 percent from IDR 31 billion to IDR 42 billion (YoY).
During the last six months, the company also experienced an increase in the company's marketing sales, which increase 47% YoY to IDR 634 billion in June 2022 from IDR 433 billion. The three projects that support sales growth are Adhi City Sentul by 17.23 percent. LRT City Bekasi - Green Avenue 8.02%, and LRT City Jatibening 8.02%. (LM)
