Princeton Digital raises its portion in PDG Data Centres

JAKARTA – Princeton Digital Group (Indonesia Alpha) (PDG) Pte Ltd has reportedly increased its stock portion in PT Princeton Digital Group Data Centres (PDGDC), an associate of PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL).

In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (9/8), Ranty Astari Rachman, Corporate Secretary of XL Axiata, confirmed that PDG’s ownership is magnified following the acquisition of new shares issued by PDGDC.

After this transaction, EXCL’s portion in PDGDC arrives at 14.82% or 2,010,120 units of shares worth IDR 201.01 billion. Meanwhile, PDG claims the remaining 85.18% or 11,155,148 shares worth IDR 1.15 trillion. PDGDC’s issued and paid-up capital has indeed increased from IDR 670.04 billion to IDR 1.35 trillion.

Prior to this acquisition, EXCL had also transferred 245,362 units of PDGDC’s shares to PDG on May 17, 2022, bringing its portion down to 30% worth IDR 201.12 billion. On the other hand, PDG had 70% of the shares worth IDR 469.02 billion of the total issued and paid-up capital at that time of IDR 670.04 billion. (LK/ZH)
