Arranging rights issue, Bank Oke aims for IDR 499.42 billion

JAKARTA – PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (DNAR) aims to score IDR 499.42 billion in its fourth rights issue scheduled for October 18-24, 2022.

In the short prospectus quoted Wednesday (10/8), it is revealed that Bank Oke will offer 2,037,807,163 shares for IDR 170 each. Regarding this plan, Apro Financial Co Ltd has declared its commitment in exercising its rights issued in said corporate action.

After the rights issue, DNAR’s authorised capital will remain at IDR 3 trillion. However, the issued and paid-up capital will rise to IDR 1.70 trillion, whereas the stock in portfolio will be depleted to IDR 1.29 trillion. Then, APRO will gain 92.11% of DNAR’s shares, followed by the public of 7.04%. The remaining 0.85% will still be stored as treasury stock.

For comparison, prior to the upcoming rights issue, the issued and paid-up capital of DNAR clocks up to IDR 1.27 trillion, while the stock in its portfolio holds IDR 1.59 trillion. APRO currently has 90.47% of the shares, while the public share 8.50%. Lastly, the treasury stock takes up 1.03% of the total shares. (LK/ZH)
