JAKARTA – Lazadapay Holdings Pte Ltd acquires series A and B shares of PT Elang Andalan Nusantara (EAN), an affiliate of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK).
Titi Maria Rusli, Corporate Secretary of Elang Mahkota Teknologi, confirmed that PT Kreatif Media Karya (KMK) has transferred 202 units of series A shares and 4,792,986 units of series B shares in EAN to Lazadapay. “The selling price of said shares clocks up to USD 304.5 million,” she added in the disclosure page quoted today (11/8).
KMK is listed under EMTK with an ownership percentage of 99.9. For the record, the transfer of KMK’s stock portion in EAN took place yesterday (10/8), which will definitely bring its portion in EAN down.
“KMK will obtain the proceed of said stock transfer, which will positively impact KMK and our financial condition,” Rusli concluded. (LK/ZH)
