JAKARTA. PT Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti, a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) owned indirectly through PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR), issues medium term notes (MTN) of IDR 165 billion.
Said notes are issued under the title MTN II of Waskita Fin Perkasa Realti Year 2022. The interest rate applied for said securities is 13.06% per annum, which will be paid every three months.
The distribution of MTN II of Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti is scheduled for August 15, 2022. The first interest payment will due November 15, 2022, and will mature on August 25, 2023.
Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti has assigned PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia as the arranger of the MTN issuance, while PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) will act as the monitoring agent or the trustee.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, WSKT controls 60% of Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti through WKR. Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti is engaged in the property business and started its commercial activity in 2018. Until June 30, 2022, it recorded assets before elimination of IDR 1.64 trillion. (KR/ZH)
