JAKARTA – PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) obtains working capital credit of IDR 100 billion and USD 7 million from PT Bank UOB Indonesia.
In the information disclosure quoted Friday (12/8), Lenggama Linggawati, Corporate Secretary of Impack Pratama Industri, claimed that the company will exercise hedging to face foreign currency exchange exposure.
Said working capital facility comprises revolving credit facility (RCF) capped at IDR 20 billion, a clean trust receipt (CTR) facility capped at IDR 80 billion, and a foreign exchange facility of USD 7 million.
According to Linggawati’s words, this financing facility will take effect for a year since the agreement signing yesterday (10/8). (LK/ZH)
