JAKARTA – PT Tridomain Performance Materials Tbk (TDPM) is considering issuing securities (in the form of bonds or medium-term notes) to solidify its capital structure. This plan has gained approval during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held last week on August 10, 2022.
Stefanus Ardhanova, President Director of Tridomain Performance Materials, confirmed that the shareholders have agreed to grant the management the authority to organise the financing method. “It is not limited to issuance of bonds, medium-term notes (MTN), or other types of securities,” he mentioned in the information disclosure quoted Monday (15/8).
In other words, TDPM has been served an authority to place the company as a collateral, also known as a corporate guarantee, to secure a facility from banks or other non-bank financial institutions.
The Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting was joined by the representative of 8,393,117,047 shares, or approximately 80.05% of the total 10,485,050,500 shares issued by the company. These shareholders unanimously gave the green light to the forthcoming corporate action plan. (LK/ZH)
