JAKARTA. PT Waskita Karya Realty, a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), seeks fresh funds of IDR 85 billion by issuing MTN IV of Waskita Karya Realty Year 2022.
Said securities have been registered to Indonesian Central Securities Depository under code MRN WSKR04XXMF. The coupon completing these notes is capped to 11.41% per year, which will be paid every three months. Therefore, the first round of coupon payment is scheduled for November 18, 2023.
The distribution of MTN will take place on August 18, 2022, while the MTN itself will mature by August 28, 2023.
Waskita Karya Realty has assigned PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia as the arranger of this MTN issuance, while PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) will act as the monitoring agent.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, one of the subsidiaries of Waskita Karya Realty, PT Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti, had also issued MTN. Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti offered MTN worth IDR 165 billion, equipped with an annual coupon of 13.06%. (KR/ZH)
