JAKARTA – PT Delta Wibawa Bersama (DBW) is increasing its stock portion in PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY) by 6.17% for IDR 12.16 billion.
Andarurachman Putra, Director of LUCY, confirmed that DWB’s portion in the company rises to 45.46% of the total issued and paid-up capital. Prior to this transaction, DWB’s ownership percentage was stuck at 39.29%.
The transaction took place last week, on August 11, 2022, involving the purchase of 64 million shares for IDR 190 each. Therefore, DWB now possesses 471.25 million shares from the initial 407.25 million units.
Until July 2022, LUCY’s shares reportedly consisted of 1,036,619,275 units, 39.29% of which belonged to DWB. PT Calvin Rekapital Asia (CRA) claimed another 15.48%, while Surya Andarurachman owned 12.52% of them, followed by Dimas Wibowo of 12.41% and the public of 20.3%. (LK/ZH)
