Calden Investment divested its potion in TEBE

JAKARTA – Calden Investments Limited has discharged all of its shares planted in PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), a coal logistic provider, for IDR 57.09 billion.

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (25/8), Ayu Yusman, Corporate Secretary of TEBE, confirmed that the company has sold 8.89% of its shares, amounting to 114,193,115 units, for IDR 500 each. “This shares divestment took place last week (19/8),” she added.

In July 2022, TEBE recorded having 1,285,000,000 shares. PT Prima Mineral Utama controlled 39.31% of them, while Calden Investments claimed another 8.89%. Hoch Ventures Pte Ltd owned 8.31%, followed by Robust Buana of 7.32%, the public of 4.32%, foreign investors of 9.6%, PT Andhika Raya Semesta of 3.94%, and retail investors of less than 5% each.

TEBE is currently managing a hauling road of 46 kilometres in Barito Kuala, South Kalimantan, as well as a coal terminal in the Barito River that consists of four ports and is 1,000 metres in length. These ports include three conveyor belts for coal mixing and one port for transporting run-of-mine (ROM) coal. (LK/ZH)
