JAKARTA. PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR), a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), once again issues medium term notes (MTN) with a principal of IDR 135 billion.
The securities have been registered to Indonesian Central Securities Depository under the title MTN III of Waskita Karya Realty Year 2022 Phase I. MTN will be offered with an annual fixed interest rate of 12.10% and a tenor of three years.
In this round of MTN issuance, WKR assigned PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia as the arranger, while appointing PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) as the monitoring agent or the trustee.
Previously, last mid-August, WKR reported of having issued MTN IV Year 2022 with a face value of IDR 85 billion. Said MTN was offered with a coupon rate of 11.41% per year and a 370-days tenor.
Based on idnfinancials.com record, WSKT is currently the owner of 99.99% of WKR’s shares. Several projects under WKR’s belt vary in its locations, spread from Medan, Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, to Makassar.
