JAKARTA – PT Damai Investama Sukses (DIS) divested 3.97% of its portion in PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) for IDR 16.20 billion in last week’s transaction (23/8).
Annastintatia Polii, Head Corporate Affairs of Transkon Jaya, confirmed that DSI had divested 60 million units of its shares for IDR 270 per share. “DSI’s portion is now down to 30.33% or 458,048,000 shares from the previous 34.3% or 518,048,000 shares,” she explained in the information disclosure quoted Monday (29/8).
The highest price of TRJA’s stock trading session on August 23, 2022, was IDR 278 per share, and slipped the furthest to IDR 256 per share. The value was then closed at IDR 258 per share, recording 112,619,900 lots of stock volume and a frequency of 5,389 times.
The next day of divestment (24/8), TRJA’s stock price peaked at IDR 260 per share and hit the lowest at IDR 246 per share. Similarly, it was closed at IDR 258 per share. The recorded transaction volume was 12,323,600 lots with a total frequency of 1,831 times. (LK/ZH)
