JAKARTA – PT Sarana Menara Telekomunikasi Tbk (TOWR) obtains a financing facility worth IDR 1.5 trillion from PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia. Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, announced the news in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (30/8).
“The financing is intended to cover general corporate puposes, including the working capital and refinancing obligations of the company,” Irawan further revealed.
The tenor of said facility is set to five years starting from the date of the agreement signing, August 29, 2022.
TOWR recorded bank debts worth IDR 14.03 trillion in total until December 2021, while its total equity clocked up to IDR 12.06 trillion.
With this facility being granted, TOWR’s credit portfolio is quickly adding up as two weeks ago (9/8), TOWR signed a credit agreement worth IDR 4.67 trillion with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI). (LK/ZH)
