DGIK secures IDR 781.1 billion new contracts in two months

JAKARTA – In the past two months since July 2022, PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) has collected new contracts worth IDR 781.1 billion. With this achievement, the new contracts secured since the beginning of this year are accumulate to IDR 814.7 billion.

Firdausi Syarif, President Director of DGIK claimed that these newly obtained contracts were mostly the Section I of Solo-Jogja Toll Road project, followed by educational building, hospital, apartment, and regional road constructions.

According to Syarif, new contracts secured in the first half of 2022 only clocked up to IDR 33.37 billion. Specifically, IDR 3.3 billion was generated in the first quarter, followed by IDR 30 billion in the second quarter.

Furthermore, the current value of new contracts has exceeded the realisation of new contracts last year of IDR 167 billion. “This procurement of new contracts indicates the recovery of infrastructure expenditure in the private and government sectors,” Syarif concluded. (LK/ZH)
