JAKARTA. PT Sumber Mineral Global Abadi (SMGA), one of many subsidiaries of PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk (SGER), has recently received additional capital investment worth IDR 15 billion.
Specifically, approximately IDR 1.5 billion was given by SGER, while another IDR 13.5 billion came in from Vivi Ramalyat Hutama.
Michael Harold, Corporate Secretary of SGER, confirmed that said extra capital was disbursed on August 29, 2022. Further, he revealed that this transaction entails no changes in the structure of SMGA’s shareholders.
Prior to this capital injection, until June 30, 2022, SGER controlled 90% of SMGA’s shares. The remaining portion belonged to Vivi Ramalyati Hutama.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, SMGA is a business entity engaged in the trading industry and has been running since 2016. Until June 2022, SMGA recorded total assets of IDR 112.17 billion. (KR/ZH)
