JAKARTA. PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk (IDPR) or Indopora, a building construction service company, disburses capital investment worth IDR 100 billion to one of its subsidiaries, PT Rekagunatek Persada.
Dwijanto, Corporate Secretary of Indopora, claimed that said additional investment was placed in to reinforce the capital structure of Rekagunatek Persada. “It is to promote its business in the pre-cast industry,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
For context, Rekagunatek Persada is a subsidiary of Indopora that was established in 1992. Indopora controls 99.95% of the entire shares of Rekagunatek Persada. This subsidiary recorded total assets before elimination of IDR 717.55 billion as of June 2022.
The cash and cash equivalent of Indopora reaches IDR 8.89 billion, while its total assets clock up to IDR 1.6 trillion. They comprise current assets of IDR 807.74 billion and non-current assets of IDR 788.23 billion. (KR/ZH)
