Adhi Commuter Properti to secure new projects from IPEX 2022

JAKARTA. PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP), a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) engaged in the property and real estate business, has obtained a new contract worth IDR 117 billion in Indonesia Property Expo (IPEX) 2022.

Mochammad Yusuf, Director of Finance of ADCP, claimed that the newly gained contracts came from the marketing sales of 166 units of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) residence developed by the company. With this new contract, the company grows optimistic regarding its marketing sales goals this year.

“In the first half, ADCP managed to record marketing sales growth of 47% year-on-year (yoy) and sell 166 residential units in IPEX 2022 along with two projects with the highest revenue, LRT City Bekasi and LRT City Ciracas,” Yusuf further specified in detail in the official disclosure.

This year, ADCP will focus on accelerating the development of 12 projects under its belt. They include projects in Bekasi, Sentul, and Tangerang. Aside from that, the company will also launch GranDhika Property Services (GPS), a residential maintenance service for consumers in LRT City. According to Yusuf’s words, this project is intended to establish a business with a recurring income in the near future. (KR/ZH)
