JAKARTA - In semester I-2022, SSIA posted consolidated revenues of Rp 1,548.6 billion. The revenue increased by around 77.8% from Rp871 billion booked in 1H21. This increase was mainly due to revenue in the construction and hospitality segments, which increased by 76.4% (Rp500.3 billion) and 146% (Rp106.1 billion, respectively). SSIA's property business segment revenue increased by around 51.5% (Rp78.3 billion).
SSIA's consolidated net profit in 1H22 was recorded at Rp79.5 billion, an increase of 141.7% compared to a net loss of Rp190.8 billion in 1H21. The increase was due to the divestment of the warehousing rental business to Frasers Property Thailand (Indonesia) Pte. Limited (worth a total of Rp562.3 billion).
Approximately 115.22 hectares of land sales were recorded in H1 2022. This indicates a strong prospect for the industrial market, where since 2018, sales in the second half have always been higher than sales in the first half.
PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk ("NRCA"), SSIA's construction unit, for semester I-2022 recorded consolidated revenues of Rp1,157.9 billion. Its revenue compared to the same period in 1H21 increased 76.3% from Rp656.7 billion. The company also posted a net profit of Rp43.9 billion from January – June 2022, an increase of 419.7% from 1H21 net profit of Rp8.4 billion.
SSIA's hotel business unit posted revenue of Rp178.7 billion in 1H22, an increase of 146.0% compared to Rp72.6 billion in 1H21. (LM)
