JAKARTA – PT Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk (POOL) secures fresh funds from divesting 2,250 units of shares of its subsidiary, PT Pool Konstruksi Terbarukan (PTK), in a transaction that took place yesterday (7/9).
In the information disclosure quoted Friday (9/9), Marhaendra, President Director of Pool Advista Indonesia, claimed that the divestment returns will be utilised to promote the company’s business activities. “The divestment of the company’s portion in PKT generated IDR 2 billion,” he added.
In the Financial Statement of H1 2022, PKT recorded total assets of IDR 7.92 billion. Meanwhile, POOL’s portion in PKT is 90% of the total issued and paid-up capital of 2,500 units shares worth IDR 2.5 billion in total.
Referring to said amount, POOL has divested its entire shares, the whole 90% of its portion in PKT. The buyer parties are Armando Immanuel Silitonga, who acquires 1,250 units of shares, and Dian Tresnawati, who claims another 1,000. (LK/ZH)
