JAKARTA – The current year’s profit of PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) reportedly proliferated 974.40% in the first half of 2021, arriving at IDR 226.33 billion. This success resulted from increases in its revenues.
In the Financial Statement of H1 2022 published today (12/9), John Hisar Simamora, President Director of Elnusa, confirmed that the company’s revenue soared from IDR 3.71 trillion in H1 2021 to IDR 5.42 trillion at the end of the first half of 2022.
The related customers generated the highest revenue of IDR 3.87 trillion, growing from IDR 2.83 trillion last year, while the third-party customers brought in the remaining revenue of IDR 1.54 trillion, also increasing from IDR 878.33 billion.
The related customers with over 10% contribution to the revenue included PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, which raised IDR 1.88 trillion, PT Pertamina EP of another IDR 820.37 billion, and PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia of IDR 642.99 billion.
The gross profit reportedly reached IDR 468.89 billion, shifting upwards from IDR 284.46 billion, while the profit before final and income taxes were multiplied from IDR 74.51 billion to IDR 281.54 billion.
For comparison, in the same period in 2021, the profit only clocked up to less than a tenth of the current year’s profit, only reaching IDR 21.06 billion. (LK/ZH)
