DGIK to extend buyback to December 2022

JAKARTA – PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) proceed with another round of shares buyback, starting from this week until the next three months, from September 12 to December 12, 2022.

In the information disclosure quoted today (13/9), Almanda S. Pohan, Corporate Secretary of Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring, revealed that the buyback budget is set to IDR 7 billion, which is what is left from the initial budget of IDR 20 billion.

“The buyback from June 9 to September 9, 2022, had realised IDR 12.11 billion of the allocated budget, reacquiring 104,229,400 shares,” Pohan disclosed the detail.

According to Pohan, the company decided to go with this corporate action despite the fluctuating market condition. Cumulatively, the total allocated budget prepared from the start of these buyback rounds is IDR 50 billion.

DGIK aims to repurchase 300 million shares, or approximately 5.41% of the company’s entire issued shares. The money used to fund this corporate action is said to sourced out of the idle fund of the company. (LK/ZH)
