JAKARTA. PT Bukit Darmo Property Tbk (BKDP) has been declared clear from the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (lit. Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang/PKPU) lawsuit filed by two of its former employees, following the final verdict given by Surabaya District Court.

Said lawsuit was filed under Case No.45/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2022/PN/Niaga Sby on July 22, 2022. The petitioners were Widy Asmono and Jimmy Widiyatmoko, ex-employees of Bukit Darmo Property who was fired due to allegations of theft.

The court hearing regarding this case took place August 23, 2022. However, the attorneys of the PKPU petitioners withdrew the PKPU request on September 2, 2022.
