JAKARTA – PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE) takes over 36.36% of shares of PT Pilar Optima Investama (POI) in PT Prambanan Bizland Indonesia (PBI) in a transaction that took place last week (9/9).
Go Herliani Prayogo, Corporate Secretary of RISE, confirmed that post-transaction, the number of RISE’s shares is now added up to 48,050 units or 87.36% of PBI. “The shares acquired from POI clocked up to 20,000 units,” Prayogo added in the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (14/9).
According to Prayogo, the company is eyeing benefit from additional value in the future from this ownership percentage rise in PBI.
Prior to this transaction, RISE controlled 51% of PBI, recording total assets of IDR 50.79 billion at the end of June 2022. In 2021, PBI’s shareholders agreed to the increase of authorised capital to IDR 148 billion and issued and paid-up capital of IDR 39 billion.
RISE took over 45% of PBI from Hanjaya Adikarjo, a third party, for IDR 900 million on March 9, 2020. (LK/ZH)
