JAKARTA. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), a financing venture under PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), is offering Series B of Medium Term Sukuk Mudharabah V Year 2022 with a principal of IDR 276.5 billion.
This security is issued sans the public offering. PNM has registered said sukuk to Indonesia Central Securities Depository under the code IDJ0000227B0.
PNM will give an annual floating profit-sharing for the upcoming sukuk mudharabah, which will be disbursed every three months.
The electronic distribution of the sukuk had taken place yesterday (15/9). With a tenor of 370 days, this security will mature on September 25, 2023.
PNM has also reportedly chosen PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) as the trustee in this sukuk mudharabah issuance. (KR/ZH)
