JAKARTA – PT Griya Energi Sejahtera (GES) officially acquired all shares of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) in PT Ismawa Trimitra (IT) in a transaction that takes place last week (14/9).
“GES’s stock portion in IT post-acquisition will rise to 25 million shares or 100%,” Nixon Sitorus, Corporate Secretary of Jasa Marga, announced in the information disclosure quoted today (19/9).
Prior to this transaction, GES only had 18.75 million units of shares or 75% of the entire shares, while JSMR owned another 6.25 million units or 25%.
IT is known as a company engaged in the office rental and management service. Initially, it was established by three state-owned enterprises, including PT Istaka Karya, PT Waskita Karya, and PT Jasa Marga in 1995. (LK/ZH)
