SMSM’s subsidiaries channel dividend of IDR 42.92 billion

JAKARTA – Three subsidiaries of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) have given dividends worth IDR 42.92 billion to their parent company. These subsidiaries are engaged in the production of filter, hydraulic system for heavy equipment, and spare parts.

Ang Andri Pribadi, Director of Selamat Sempurna, revealed that those subsidiaries in question were PT Panata Jaya Mandiri (PJM) that turned in IDR 22.75 billion, PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta (PTC) of IDR 12.54 billion, and PT Hydraxle Perkasa (HP) of IDR 7.64 billion.

SMSM controls 70% of PJM, whose assets clocked up to IDR 715 billion in June 2022, while also owning 51% of HP, whose assets amounted to IDR 305 billion. Lastly, PTC’s assets were totalled up to IDR 451 billion.

Refrering to the result of the Annual General Shareholders, SMSM will also distribute cash dividend on Wednesday (21/9) worth IDR 143.83 billion in total, or IDR 25 per share.

The amount of dividend was decided following the total net profit attributable to the parent company worth IDR 377.43 billion, retained earnings of IDR 2.56 trillion, and total equity of IDR 3.21 trillion. (LK/ZH)
