JAKARTA. PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR), one of subsidiaries of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) that is engaged in the property and real estate industry, issues Medium Term Notes (MTN) sans the public offering.
Said MTN is split into two phases, Phase III and IV. The principal of MTN Phase III amounts to IDR 120 billion, while MTN Phase IV is worth IDR 100 billion.
Furthermore, both will be equipped with the same coupon rate of 12.10% per year. WKR then also applies the same tenor for both MTN phases of three years.
WKR has appointed PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia as the arranger of the issuance, while PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) will act as the trustee.
For the record, WKR had just recently issued MTN III Year 2022 Phase II on September 16, 2022. Similarly, the principal amount of said notes is IDR 120 billion, with an annual coupon rate of 12.10%. (KR/ZH)
