Ralali to collect USD 2 million funding from ACA Investments

JAKARTA. Ralali, an Indonesia-based business-to-business (B2B) marketplace, has reportedly raised USD 2 million in its series D funding.

This funding was led by ACA Investments, an investment venture listed in Singapore.

Based on the official report of ACA Investments published in DealStreetAsia, Ralali is revealed to issue series C convertible prefererred stock as well. The stock value of these series C shares will extend the maturing security worth USD 4.5 million. Some of the holders of said security include Beenos Asia, DG Ventures, and Abror Ventures.

Then, according to idnfinancials.com data, Ralali was established in 2013 under PT Raksana Laju Lintang. Since its establishment, Ralali had secured funding worth a total of USD 35.4 million. (KR/ZH)
