JAKARTA. PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) establishes a joint venture (JV), joining forces with a Singapore-based investor named Blackhawk Network Pte Ltd (BHN).
Amelia Allen, Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary of ERAA, mentioned that this joint venture was formed under PT Prakarsa Prima Sentora (PPS). In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today, Allen said that PPS is ERAA’s indirect subsidiary through PT Erafone Artha Retailindo (EAR).
“There is no affiliation amongst parties involved in this transaction,” Allen reaffirmed.
This joint venture will be focused on running the marketing business. The operations include distribution of gift cards, e-gift cards, unique gift cards, and digital commerce.
“The formation of this joint venture will be added into the list of business fields handled by the company,” Allen stated. (KR/ZH)
