Planning a rights issue, BINA aims for IDR 1.24 trillion

JAKARTA – PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA) eyes an additional capital worth IDR 1.24 trillion in the rights issue of 296,854,687 shares, setting the execution price to a maximum of IDR 4,200 each. This corporate action will take place from November 30 to December 6, 2022.

In the short prospectus quoted Thursday (22/9), PT Indolife Pensiontama (IP), as BINA’s primary shareholder, is revealed to be willing to exercise its rights in the forthcoming corporate action.

Assuming that the controlling shareholder is the only participant in this rights issue, BINA’s issued and paid-up capital will rise to IDR 600.37 billion. IP will still control 23.33% of them, followed by UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd (KHPL) of 17.23%, PT Samudra Biru (SB) of 17.37%, DBS LTSL of 9.88%, PT Gaya Hidup Masa Kini (GHMK) of 11.21%, PT Philadel Terra Lestari (PTL) of 6%, and the public of 14.98%.

For comparison, prior to rights issue, BINA’s issued and paid-up capital is at IDR 593.70 billion, 22.47% of which is controlled by IP. UOB KHPL owns another 17.42%, followed by SB of 17.56%, DBS LTSL of 9.99%, GHMK of 11.34%, PTL of 6.07%, and public investors of 15.15%. (LK/ZH)
