BALI - Gojek, part of the GoTo Group, the largest digital ecosystem in Indonesia, is committed to supporting the successful holding of the G20 Summit in Bali in November 2022 with the best mobility services using electric vehicles. The GoRide Electric service is present as an environmentally friendly, efficient, safe and fast transportation, to support the G20 Summit in Bali, serving trips to and from the conference location and around the conference area.

In line with this, Gojek has now started the Partner Learning Workshop (BBM) activity to provide a series of trainings that hone the skills of hundreds of GoRide driver partners in Bali so that they can provide superior service to customers. At BBM this time, Gojek raised the topic of service excellence, the basics of English, as well as an introduction to electric vehicles.

BBM itself is a learning platform to improve the skills of partners starting in 2018. BBM is part of Gojek's ongoing commitment to continue to make driver partners the mainstay of consumers in Indonesia with the best quality in the industry.

Gojek's Head of Global Marketing Stella Darmadi explained Gojek's commitment to ensuring that driver partners are always the people's choice, "The start of the Partner Learning Workshop (BBM) activity which will be followed by the presence of GoRide Electric services is our concrete support for the success and smooth running of the G20 Summit in Bali. At BBM this time, partners will receive excellent service training including communicating in English so they can provide the best service for G20 delegates, as well as training related to electric vehicles. BBM is one of our series of integrated and sustainable activities to continue to improve the quality of service for driver partners so that they become the mainstay of consumers.”

On the other hand, GoTo Group internal data in July 20222 shows that the existence of electric vehicles in the form of electric motorcycles from Electrum has received extraordinary enthusiasm from Gojek consumers. Since the commercial trial synergy was launched in early 2022, orders for GoRide Electric services have doubled in the first half of 2022.

Located in Jimbaran Hub, Badung Regency, on September 21, 2022, hundreds of GoRide driver partners participated in training on the basics of service or hospitality, such as communicating with consumers properly, to support customer satisfaction with various cultures and backgrounds. Not only that, the driver-partners also learn the basics of conversation in English through language classes, such as how to greet customers, confirm customer directions and locations, to help customers in an emergency. These various topics were chosen by Gojek after observing the need for the implementation of the G20 event this year in Bali. (LM)
