JAKARTA. The Indonesian government will issue Retail Government Bonds (lit. Obligasi Negara Ritel/ORI) series 022. It will be offered online with a minimum order of IDR 1 million.
The public offering period of ORI022 will start on September 26, 2022, at 9 AM WIB and end on October 20, 2022, at 10 AM WIB. The announcement of the result will follow on October 24, 2022.
The coupon attached to ORI022 is a fixed coupon rate of 5.95% per annum. The coupon will be paid on 15th of every month until the bonds mature on October 15, 2025.
Ordering these bonds will include four steps. First, the investor must register before placing an order. Then, the investor makes the payment, followed by the settlement or confirmation. The order will be placed through an electronic system provided by distribution partners.
As of now, there are 30 distribution partners of ORI022. They consist of 18 banking institutions, 5 security companies, and 7 fintech companies. (KR/ZH)
