BFI Finance secures a syndicate loan of IDR 1.6 trillion from regional banks

JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Tbk (BFIN) recently signed a syndicate loan agreement worth IDR 1.6 trillion with PT Bank DKI.

According to Sudjono, Corporate Secretary of BFIN, Bank DKI serve many purposes in this facility agreement. Bank DKI is the mandated lead arranger of the facility, as well as the facility agent, the escrow agent, and the security agent. Furthermore, said bank is included in the list of creditors of this syndicate loan facility.

Aside from Bank DKI, there are three other regional banks registered as the creditors of BFIN. They are PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (BJTM), and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan.

This credit facility will be available for 46 months, commencing after the signing date of the agreement. In its official disclosure, BFIN will utilise funds from the credit facility as extra working capital in its financing business segment. (KR/ZH)
