AIS divested 8.62% of its shares in Hensel Davest

JAKARTA – PT Anugerah Indonesia Sejahtera (AIS) reportedly sold its entire portion in PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk (HDIT) in a transaction that took place last week (16/9).

“Post-transaction, its portion is down to zero from the initial 8.62%. The number of shares that were traded clocked up to 131.5 million units,” Ferdiana Tjahyadi, Director of Hensel Davest Indonesia, confirmed in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (27/9).

The selling price of the shares in this divestment was set to IDR 100 each. Cumulatively, AIS managed to collect fresh funds of IDR 13.15 billion from this transaction.

Until August 2022, HDIT recorded 1,542,680,000 shares, 53.9% of which belonged to PT Davest Investama (DI). Then, AIS was still listed as the owner of 8.62% of the shares, followed by public investors of 36.65%, PT Anugerah Berkat (AB) of 0.72%, and Hendra David of 0.1%.

HDIT is engaged in the construction service and information technology management industry. It reportedly brought in revenue of IDR 1.85 trillion, a gross profit of IDR 15.99 billion, and a comprehensive profit of IDR 2.21 billion in the first half of 2022. (LK/ZH)
