JAKARTA. PT Link Net Tbk (LINK) has signed a sharia financing agreement with PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) worth a maximum of IDR 1.5 trillion.
According to Johanes’s words, Corporate Secretary of LINK, said financing facility will be spent on covering corporate general needs. “The transaction is intended to fund the working capital and promote business activities of the company,” he confirmed in the disclosure page in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
Said facility will be available for the next 60 months since the signing date of the agreement on September 23, 2022. However, the profit-sharing yield agreed by LINK and BNLI is not publicly disclosed.
“The transaction will not negatively impact the company’s financial condition,” Johanes reaffirmed. (KR/ZH)
