Waskita Bumi Wira secures extra capital of IDR 35.26 billion

JAKARTA – PT Waskita Bumi Wira (WBW), the operator of the Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar Toll Road, gains extra amount of capital worth IDR 35.26 billion from PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR).

Quoting the information disclosure today (28/9), WBW’s authorised capital has risen to IDR 3.49 trillion from the initial IDR 3.45 trillion. As of now, its shareholders structure consists of WTR of 99.91%, representing 3,491,756 shares, and PT Panca WIra Usaha Jawa Timur of 0.009% or 3,125 shares.

This capital distribution is intended to optimise WBW’s performance, which, in turn, will elevate the additional value for WTR’s shareholders. Meanwhile, WTR’s shares are split to PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), which owns 92.10% of WTR’s total issued and paid-up capital of IDR 16.71 trillion, and PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (Taspen) of nother 7.90%.
